I am Hamza Ali Basra, the founder of DailyWallPix. I also run Grab AI Tool, a directory of AI tools, and ToolPixi, a set of free browser tools. DailyWallPix is an independent project, not a big company — there is no support department and no ticket queue, just me, reading the site's inbox myself. That is slower than a call centre in one way and better in another: the person who answers you is the person who can actually fix the page, add the pack, or correct the fact.
Want a pack we haven't made — a city, an animal, a season, a colour, a mood? Email the idea. Reader requests go to the front of the queue, and a good number of the packs in the library started as a reader's email. One clear sentence is plenty: "a rainy Tokyo street pack" tells me exactly what to make. If you can, say whether it is for a phone or a desktop screen, and the colours you love — the more specific the request, the closer the pack lands to what you pictured.
Spotted a wrong fact, a mislabelled wallpaper, or a broken download? Please tell me — accuracy comes first here, and corrections are fixed properly rather than argued with. Naming the exact page (paste its address) gets the fix done fastest. The same goes for anything unclear: if a page confused you, that is a bug in our writing, and we want to fix it.
A wallpaper that failed: tell us which page, and what happened when you tapped Download. A pack you wish existed: describe it in one sentence, as above. A photo-tool problem: say which device and browser you used — the tool runs entirely in your browser, so those two details are usually the whole answer. Please never send private photos or documents; a description is always enough.
